Made in New Zealand using NZ Native Wood.
As each piece is individually carved there will be some minor variations in colour, size and detail.

Over the last 50 years Wood Masters Ltd has diversified from furniture making to producing high class wooden souvenirs and 21st keys here in Rotorua. We have successfully combined Whakairo (the Art of Maori Carving) with fine European craftsmanship to represent New Zealand’s unique cultural heritage in our high quality work, using locally trained carvers with traditional techniques alongside other expert woodworkers with different technical skills. Our concern for the environment and a sense of Kaitiakitanga (stewardship) guides us in the careful selection of renewable timbers and careful handling of waste products.
Please note: This product is also being sold in our physical shop. As much as we try to keep stock up to date on our website, we may get it wrong. We charge at a flat rate fee for NZ cities, towns and NZ Rural delivery at the following rate: $10.00 signature required, $8.90 non signature, $15.00 Rural - For Rural at checkout please select the Rural Courier delivery. If this has not been selected we will invoice you for the remaining amount owed.
Over $500.00 we offer FREE shipping!
From the date of dispatch, Urban parcels typically take 2–5 business days to arrive. Rural deliveries usually take 5–8 business days. For rural addresses, the parcel is first delivered to the nearest urban depot (which takes around 2–3 days), then collected by a rural driver for final delivery (which can take a further 2–3 days).
We welcome the PICK UP OPTION. Please wait for us to contact you via email for when your order is ready to be collected.

Apart from Australia we cannot ship internationally.

The cost of your parcel will be calculated at Checkout.
The standard shipping cost for small parcels is $40.00 NZD (approx $34.00 AUD depending on the currency at the time) If your parcel exceeds this amount, we will contact you via email with the updated freight charge.
Over $500.00 NZD we offer FREE shipping! ($500 NZD is approx $410.00 AUD depending on the currency at the time)
Your order will be shipped via NZ/AU Post or DHL with Track and Trace and should take 6-10 days to get to you from the date of dispatch.
Once the parcel leaves New Zealand, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are up to the buyer or recipient to pay and sort out. It’s a good idea to check with your country’s customs rules to see if any extra charges might apply.
