Orders to Australia:

The standard shipping cost for small parcels is $35.00 NZD (approx $29.50 AUD depending on the currency at the time)

Over $500.00 we offer FREE shipping!

If your parcel exceeds this amount, we will contact you via email with the updated freight charge. You can then decide whether you’d like to proceed with the order or not.

Your order will be shipped via NZ Post or DHL with Track and Trace and will take 6-10 days from the date of dispatch. We dispatch parcels Tues-Fri.

Australian customers are responsible for keeping an eye on the tracking of their parcel. If your order has not arrived by day 11 after dispatch, please contact us straight away so we can follow this up with NZ Post. It is important that you contact us at this time, as claims for lost parcels must be made within the courier's required timeframe. If we are not notified in time, we may no longer be able to make a claim for a lost parcel and we will not be able to refund you. If your parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, we will refund the cost of the product once they are returned to us, however the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Once your parcel leaves New Zealand, any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. We recommend checking Australian customs requirements before placing your order, as additional charges may apply.
