We will send you two emails once your order has been received. The first email will provide order confirmation and the second will let you know when we have dispatched your order from our warehouse. You will also receive a trackable courier number.
We dispatch all orders on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Delivery for the courier estimated as follows: North Island 1-2 working days. South Island 2-3 working days. Rural delivery 5 working days. Please make allowances for public holidays, Christmas etc. Please note that while we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept liability for delayed delivery by a third party.
We are happy to exchange an item for the same value or more, but you will be responsible for all the related shipping costs. The items must be in their original condition. We are not obliged to give refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchange policy for more details.
We charge a Flat Rate of: $7.90
The weight and destination of your order will determine the shipping costs. International shipping times may vary depending on the country and the products being sent. Please note Souvenir Factory Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels sent overseas and for any customs charges, taxes or duties imposed by the customs department of your destination country. If you would like to send a parcel outside NZ please email us using the Contact Form under 'Contact Us' and we will let you know a shipping cost and an approximate delivery time. You will need to call us with your Credit Card details for payment. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
As long as we have not dispatched your order from our warehouse you may cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as you can and if it is possible we will refund the order amount directly to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
