EXCHANGE OR RETURNS POLICY:
Please contact us using this form, include your name and order number and what you would like to exchange to.
Please send your item back to us using courier or track and trace (so we both know that we have received the parcel) The product must have the tags still attached and be clean and in perfect condition for us to be able to resell it. Once we have received your parcel we will invoice you for the return courier fee (This will be from $10.00). If exchanging for a higher or lower amount we will either refund you or invoice you.
Please do the same as above and once we receive the product we will email you with a store credit voucher with the amount you paid (minus the Courier fee) to purchase goods online only. We do not give refunds. Please choose carefully.
It is your responsibility to keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel. Parcels sent via NZ Post reach us in 7days. If you haven't heard from us in 8 days please track your parcel and contact us. Do not leave this later than 8 days as it may not be easy to find your lost parcel.
